I have been doing alot of work on my classic car under the hood. I removed the carburetor, intake manifold, exhaust manifolds, and water pump. So far I have replaced the water pump, and exhaust manifolds which were the easy part. Now I am trying to put the intake manifold back on and it is giving me problems. Once I have it on my car is as good as running. After all this work everything will have been replaced or cleaned, from carburetor, to intake manifold, and fuel and water pumps everything that makes this car run will have been replaced or cleaned. Not much longer now.
Intake the Good Exhaust the bad.
September 23, 2009Life is rough just like the road
September 23, 2009It is difficult trying to get a career and life started. It is also difficult to get a classic car started once it is not running without the proper knowledge. It is nearly impossible to do both at the same time, yet somehow I must figure out how to do both. I have my schooling and career well on its way to being where I want it with only a year left to go before an AA. It is my classic 1972 oldsmobile cutlass that seems to be giving me more of the difficulties, between finding the time and money and knowing what is left to do it is nearly impossible with all of lifes other obstacles. I am persevering and am going to get this car running and get my career started all at the same time.
